A Bone To Pick

And a minor bone at that, with the A-Man, who is fawning over Peter O'Toole this morning, and that's okay by me.

When you think of Peter O'Toole, you may think first of Lawrence of Arabia, Lion in Winter or My Favorite Year. O'Toole garnered Oscar nominations for his role in each of those films plus several others. Now his voice-acting is getting the same accolades — he's winning raves as the nasty food critic in Pixar's Ratatouille. O'Toole has the dubious distinction of having been nominated for more Oscars without winning (8) than any other actor. In 2003, the Academy recognized him with a lifetime achievement award. Today is O'Toole's 75th birthday.Quote: "I can't stand light. I hate weather. My idea of heaven is moving from one smoke-filled room to another." — Peter O'Toole
When I think of the man, I think of him in this film, as I believe I may have already told you:

End of story . . .
As far as I am concerned.
Happy Birthday, Peter.
And thanks for the memories.
