And yes, I'm planning on staying up to watch Monday Night Football, if I possibly can stay up late enough to do so - a challenge these days (and nights) I am reluctant to confess, but there it is - but that means I need to be productive during the day, and I don't consider what I do here to be particularly productive, mostly because . . . it isn't.

I do what I do because it's fun, and because I hope it is in some measure useful to those who come to visit from time-to-time.

The real world gives me just about enough latitude to do what I do here most days. This is just not one of them.
