Up early.

A breakfast meeting - long on meeting, short on breakfast, and hard to eat and talk at the same time anyway - and then a spontaneous meeting downtown with other participants, good to give us significant face time without an appointment just because . . . we were there.

Good people to know, and now better known.

Useful, productive (potentially), tiring.

Spoke, solemnly, of mega-trends, with much heavy nodding around the table. Mega-nodding? Trendy nodding?

Lots of acronyms - some familiar, some not so much - sprinkled throughout the conversation. More nodding, some of it even sage, or seeming so.

Then . . .

Home and . . . home.

Day, for me, quite over, thank you very much.
