Great pressure produces great anxiety, and possible danger to life and limb.

My mother and two wives (sequential, of course) were leery of using a pressure cooker, and used one rarely, if at all.

Maybe I can find something online to reassure them and bring them, under pressure, at least into the last century, the end of the last millennium, in their choice of cooking gear.
